We use this versatile recipe for cereal, chia pudding, adding liquid to baking, and as a base for smoothies . It’s packed full of omega 3’s and protein. The only thing that it’s not great in is a cream sauce. See video below for instructions.
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 2 dates (pitted) or 1 TBS honey
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp cinnamon optional
- 1 banana to make it creamy (optional)
- small piece of vanilla bean
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for 30 seconds. Will keep in fridge for 3 days.
