Simple Hemp Milk

Nutrient Dense

We use this versatile recipe for cereal, chia pudding, adding liquid to baking, and as a base for smoothies . It’s packed full of omega 3’s and protein. The only thing that it’s not great in is a cream sauce.  See video below for instructions.


Hemp Milk
  1. 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  2. 2 dates (pitted) or 1 TBS honey
  3. 2 cups water
  4. 1 tsp cinnamon optional
  5. 1 banana to make it creamy (optional)
  6. small piece of vanilla bean
  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for 30 seconds. Will keep in fridge for 3 days.
