Salted Maple Granola

I love coconut yogourt and granola!  It’s one of my very favourite breakfasts and desserts.  I thought I would share with you my most recent concoction of nuts and seeds. Bon Appetit!

Salted Maple Granola
Ingredients
  1. 1 cup crushed almonds
  2. 1 cup pistachios
  3. 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  4. 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  5. 1/2 cup buckwheat grouts
  6. 1/2 cup chia seeds
  7. 1 TBS grapeseed oil
  8. 2 TBS maple syrup
  9. 1 tsp cinnamon
  10. 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
  1. mix all ingredients together and evenly spread out on a cookie sheet. Bake in oven at 300 for 30min. Let cool. Break up into small pieces and store in a glass jar in fridge. Sprinkle on yogourt or over fresh fruit.
