Rose Infused Peach Ice Cream

This is a delicious decadent ice cream without the guilt. It’s full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and low in saturated fat compared to regular ice creams. Peaches naturally contain a large amount of Vitamin C – excellent for your skin and immune system. It’s hard to throw your peaches into the blender when we only have them locally for such a short time so this is a great recipe to use up the bruised and overly ripe fruit. The spices in the recipe bring out the layers of flavour that the peach naturally has – they are subtle enough to make you coming back for more with each bite.
