Raw Sundried Tomato Marinara

This is a 5 min recipe.  It’s quick and to the point and can be used in many different ways.  I like this raw sundried tomato marinara on crackers, in collard wraps with fresh sprouts, on vegetable pasta, and as a topping on this raw pizza recipe.

Raw Sundried Tomato Marinara
Ingredients
  1. 4 fresh tomatoes
  2. 1 cup sundried tomatoes (soaked for an hour or pour warm water and soak for 15min)
  3. 1 bell pepper (preferably not green)
  4. 1/4 cup fresh basil
  5. 1 TBS fresh parsley
  6. 2 TBS lemon juice
  7. 1 clove garlic
  8. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in food processor with 's' blade or blender and pulse until smooth but still has a little texture.
