This is what I ate for dinner tonight. I had all the ingredients (including all the optional ones) and it made a very large bowl of delicious guac. If you feel like sharing 2 can enjoy this as a meal on leafy greens or serve as a snack with crackers and fresh vegetable sticks and it’ll serve 4. This recipe is packed full of allium a phytonutrient that is found in onions and garlic – potent for starving cancer!

Nutrient Dense Starve Cancer Guacamole
  1. 2 ripe avocados
  2. 1/2 white onion finely chopped
  3. 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  4. 1/2 cup grated zucchini (optional)
  5. 1/4 cup grated carrot or carrot pulp from juicing (optional)
  6. 1/2 cup tomato chopped
  7. 2 cloves garlic crushed and minced
  8. 1 lime juiced
  9. 1 tsp sea salt
  1. Prep all ingredients
  2. Mash together in a medium bowl
  3. Serve with fresh chopped vegetable sticks (carrot, celery, zucchini, jicama, cucumber), Mary's crackers, or on top of your favourite leafy greens for a salad topping
