Simple, fresh, and invigorating. I like to add a recipe like this into a day where I feel a bit sluggish… it brightens my mood and inspires my taste buds. Eating healthy does not have to be complicated or time consuming. I threw this together in 10 min since I had all the ingredients on hand.

- 1/2 diced avocado
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 cups thinly slices romaine lettuce
- 1 clove garlice minced
- 2 TBS lime juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Place all ingredients in bowl and toss. Enjoy!
