Lime Avo Romaine Salad

Nutrient Dense

Simple, fresh, and invigorating.  I like to add a recipe like this into a day where I feel a bit sluggish… it brightens my mood and inspires my taste buds.  Eating healthy does not have to be complicated or time consuming.  I threw this together in 10 min since I had all the ingredients on hand.

Don’t forget to savour the fresh vibrant flavours as you eat it.  Appreciate the beauty of eating simply and mindfully.

Lime Avo Romaine Salad
  1. 1/2 diced avocado
  2. 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  3. 1/2 cup chopped celery
  4. 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  5. 2 cups thinly slices romaine lettuce
  6. 1 clove garlice minced
  7. 2 TBS lime juice
  8. 1/2 tsp sea salt
  1. Place all ingredients in bowl and toss. Enjoy!
